Revell F-18E modified with the spine of the Monogram F-18C kit grafted on. This corrects the major snafu of the kit, but its hard to see in these photos because of the black color scheme. Detailed the gear bays and added Kinetic Aim-120's and Aim -9M's. Wish I had two drop tanks for the inboard wing pylons. AeroMaster decals of VFA-27. I had a lot of fun building this model, and like the way it turned out.

P-51C Mustang

ICM P-51 C kit. AeroMaster decals. Note code "PE" is about 1/3 to big, forcing the star and bar to the rear and codes are to far foward. Fun build>

Hasegawa F-8J Crusader in 1/48 sacle. Aries wheel wells, Cutting Edge cockpit and air brake update sets. Air brake set a must , but Cutting Edge no longer in business, dang! Kit decals except national ensignia.

This one is in a clean state as befitting a CAG bird. I like these kits.

Revell/Germany 1/48 scale f/A-18F super Hornet. Built straight from the box, did,t correct the narrow spine behind cockpit or correct detail in cockpit. Was fun to build and I like it.
Kit decals were also used.

Hasegawa 1/48 scale F-4J Phantom II. Up grade kit bought 20 years ago, started building about 10 years ago! Just needed new decals.

Lots of details added, resin seats, wings folded and flaps lowered.
